Audited Supplier This machine is composed of these five units: feeding unit, gluing unit, heater system(Optional), film patching unit, delivery unit.
FEEDING UNIT
Independent servo control system is adopted for intermittent belt conveying. Intermittent conveying distance can be adjusted as per paper size. Paper extracting belt extracts paper at the bottom and gets rid of traditional clutch control mode to realize continuous paper adding without shutting down the machine.
GLUING UNIT
High-hardness stainless steel tube rollers transmit the glue. The tube rollers are equipped with sliding block which can quickly regulate glue thickness. Flexible plate for gluing is adopted, and the plate shape can be engraved according to product requirements. The plate roller installation is engraved with a base line, which make the plate installation more accurate, convenient and quick. Left and right positions for gluing can be adjusted freely. The adjustment of the chains adopt rectify device, the position between the paperboard and the film can be adjusted without stopping the machine. The glue device can be pulled out, making the maintenance more convenient.
HEATER SYSTEM(Optional)
Independent temperature controller, double bigger size heating roller to ensure flatness of thicker film. Heating roller is mirror face treated to guarantee no scratch and pulling damage during film pulling.
FILM PATCHING UNIT
Independent servo control system is adopted. Users can adjust the film length as per product size without shutting down the machine. Meanwhile, corner cutting and line pressing can be finished automatically. After the paper is positioned accurately by the front register, attach the films to paper box and cut the film with transverse cutter automatically. The precision can be up to ±0.5mm.
DELIVERY UNIT
Imported soft conveyor belt can prevent product from crushing. Paper is stacked neatly, which ensures perfect quality.
Electronic Box
The whole machine adopts PLC program control. All kinds of electronic components and detector switches are made in France, Germany, Taiwan and Japan etc.

Installation and training: If purchaser's engineer travels at own cost to China, free training session. If engineer sent to purchaser's factory, all travel cost paid by purchaser.
Q4: How about warranty?
Warranty period: 12 months from the shipping date of machine. Warranty will be not valid if machine subject to misuse or accidental damage or operator's error. During the valid time, we will supply spare parts. If you have any other questions, pls contact us and we will reply you through product's photos and videos to make every detail clear.
